Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR legislation (2018).

When you purchase one of our reports or register to one of our industry events, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card or place an order, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We may send you emails about our products and other updates. We use Mailchimp to manage and collate our marketing mailing lists. We may wish to share your personal information (name, job title, email address, telephone number) with our market research partners. In any such instances, the identity and privacy of respondents will always remain protected and strictly confidential to EMGE and its market research partners. EMGE will ensure that no information will be disclosed to third parties that could identify the respondent. All information and data shared by the respondents will remain strictly confidential, unless it is already in the public domain. Such data will be kept secure and protected. All employees and representatives of EMGE and their market research partners are required to sign strict confidentiality agreements to this effect.

All data gathered during any market research conducted by EMGE and its market research partners are collectively analysed. EMGE will not share the individual data of respondents; only data at an aggregated level are published by EMGE. By participating in any such market research, respondents agree for any data provided to be utilised for the generation of aggregated data published in EMGE reports. In return for participating in the survey, respondents will receive a summary of the data collected, once the results are published.

EMGE conducts market research in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct in the UK.

EMGE will take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that hard copy and electronic files containing personal data are held, transferred and processed securely in accordance with the relevant data retention policies and data protection regulations and specifically with the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
