‘RAPID RESPONSE TO YOUR QUESTIONS’
The Support Service provides answers to requests for information and knowledge from the EMGE databases.
This service is extremely useful for busy clients who require assistance with industry information for internal presentations, reports etc.
Subscribers are able to obtain rapid responses to questions about subjects such as market data, paper prices etc, normally provided in the form of Excel spreadsheets or PowerPoint charts.
Generally, we aim to complete requests with a rapid turnaround, i.e. the same day or within 24 hours.
Furthermore, clients may optionally include a personal internal presentation to management (for example, once a year), which can be for planning, strategy and budgeting.
